Vibrational sound therapy is a holistic modality that utilizes the power of sound and vibrations to promote a sense of overall wellness and restore balance in the body. Its basis is on the fundamental principle that everything in the universe is energy and that energy is in a constant state of vibration, including our bodies. A vibrational sound session produces and combines powerful vibrations, frequencies, and tones through the use of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, and other soothing ambient tone-producing instruments to induce within the body a state of deep relaxation. It aims to realign and harmonize the body's energetic systems and produce various benefits ranging from pain, stress, and anxiety relief to emotional and mental clarity. In addition, it helps to create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and deep immune stimulation, which can help improve one's overall health.
